Your guide to the CxCongress poster session *NEW THIS YEAR*

Presenting a poster at CxCongress 2020 offers practitioners, educators and researchers the opportunity to share research, innovations and best practice on the theme of improving the customer experience. Posters will be judged by Cindy Adams with two prizes available – one for best poster by a practitioner and one for best poster by a researcher/educator.

Key dates:

Intention to present: Submission of 250 word abstract to by 5pm on 15th May 2020

Authors will be notified by: 1st June 2020

Posters to be on display: 9am on 13th June 2020

Poster presentations: Saturday 13th June 2020

Create your poster:

  • Posters should be A0 or A1 in size and can be portrait or landscape
  • Structure:
    • Title, background, summary of work and main message
    • OR
    • Title, introduction, methods, results and discussion


Submitting your poster:

Please have the following information available

  • Presenting author (title, first name, surname, postnomials)
  • Email address
  • Institution, Affiliation or Practice name
  • Names of any co-authors
  • Type of poster (academic or practice)
  • Title of poster
  • Abstract (maximum 250 words)
