Cx Congress 2020 is still going ahead and will be virtual for this year due to Covid-19. The sessions will be pre-recorded and will be available to view at the end of June. We decided not to do the sessions live as we recognize that time is a very valuable commodity at the moment and being able to view in your own time will be useful. There have been some minor amendments to the speaker schedule from what we originally planned as the pandemic has impacted some of our speakers quite profoundly.
The Friday sessions will be delivered by Alison Lambert and the Saturday modified stream will be available in the next few days.
