Onswitch ‘Mystery Shopper’ products
You’ve probably heard of Mystery Shoppers who visit shops, hotels and restaurants to test out the service they receive? We’ve been using the same concept very successfully with animal health market place for years, enabling our clients to see their business through the eyes of their clients. It’s a simple concept, but like most simple things, it works extremely well.

Onswitch Training Products
We deliver bespoke training sessions based on the needs identified by each Mystery Shop. All our training has a fixed price, and unlike many other companies we do not add on expenses, so the price you see is the price you pay. We told you we were honest!
All our training is tailored to the needs of each business we work with – so if your receptionist has a poor phone manner that’s getting your clients’ backs up, we’ll show her how she can change. If you need help dealing with tricky customers, we can design role play and mentoring sessions to give practical help. If you want to know how you can boost your practice turnover, we’ll train your staff to lock clients in to repeat visits and teach them how to close a sale. Whatever your business needs, we make it our business to deliver. And because all our training is bespoke, it delivers excellent value for money.
